BPSC 70th PT Exam: Strict Security Measures Ensured for Transparency
The 70th Combined Preliminary Examination (PT) of the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is scheduled to take place today across 36 districts.
A total of 912 examination centers have been established to accommodate 483,000 candidates. The exam will be conducted in a single shift from 12 noon to 2 pm.
Over 60 centers have been set up in the state capital, Patna. For the first time, the Commission is conducting the examination for 2,035 posts, marking the largest recruitment drive to date.
Positions such as Sub Division Officer (SDO), Senior Deputy Officer, and DSP will be filled through this examination.
The Chairman of the Commission, Parmar Ravi Manubhai, has stated that stringent security measures have been implemented to ensure the examination is transparent and fair.
Examination papers have been printed and distributed from various states
The Commission's Chairman stated that the question papers have been printed in various states.
The decision regarding which set of question papers will be sent to which center will be made three hours prior to the examination.
He mentioned that the information about which set of exams will be administered will be communicated to the district DMs through a lottery held by the commission three hours before the exam begins.

The examination is taking place in 36 districts, including Patna, Buxar, Muzaffarpur, Gopalganj, Khagaria, Sheikhpura, Purnia, Saran, Madhubani, Nalanda, Jamui, Begusarai, Vaishali, Madhepura, Aurangabad, Supaul, West Champaran, Sheohar, Jehanabad, East Champaran, Samastipur, Arwal, Katihar, Siwan, Lakhisarai, Araria, Rohtas, Saharsa, Gaya, Banka, Sitamarhi, Munger, Bhabua, Darbhanga, Nawada, and Bhagalpur.

No entry permitted once the gate is shut.
Bring your admit card and either your Aadhaar card or voter ID.
Electronic gadgets are prohibited at the center. Breaking this rule will lead to disqualification from the exam.
