Manohar Lal Khattar visits NTPC Pavilion

On Sunday, Union Minister of Power, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal Khattar, visited the NTPC pavilion at the India International Trade Fair 2024, held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi.

Khattar, accompanied by the Secretary of the Ministry of Power and senior officials from the Ministry of Power and CPSEs, observed demonstrations highlighting the latest advancements in the power sector.

After his visit, Manohar Lal Khattar stated that the NTPC pavilion at the trade fair serves as an informative session for the public. "Each year, the electricity department sets up a stall at the trade fair. It is crucial to educate people about power generation, distribution, and transmission."

In a post on X, Khattar posted pictures of the visit and wrote, "Visited the Ministry of Power and @ntpclimited pavilions in #IITF2024 today, showcasing India's rapid progress towards a brighter, greener and more sustainable future.

His post on X further reads, "These initiatives reflect Hon'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji's vision of transforming the energy and infrastructure landscape by 2047. The 43rd edition of the trade fair is being organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and is being held in the national capital from November 14 to November 27.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also visited IITF

On Sunday, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the 43rd International Trade Fair (IITF-2024) at Pragati Maidan. During his visit, he explored the stalls showcasing Uttarakhand's local products and highlighted that the demand for goods produced in the state is growing across the country.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami highlighted the increasing demand for products made in Uttarakhand, including those under the 'House of Himalaya' brand, stating that these products are gaining popularity across India.

Women, in particular, have benefited from this growth, leading to greater financial independence and the creation of more employment opportunities. Producers from Uttarakhand are gaining a larger platform to showcase their products at the event.
