The incident in Pratap Nagar, Kota, has left everyone stunned. While a family was away visiting Khatu Shyam, a thief, traveling by car, attempted to break into their home. He tried to climb in through the wall’s exhaust fan but got stuck, unable to move either in or out.
Just an hour later, when the family returned, they were alarmed by strange noises. Investigating the sound in the kitchen, they discovered the thief dangling helplessly from the exhaust fan hole. Trapped for some time, his condition had deteriorated, while his accomplice had already fled the scene.

Pratap Nagar Incident
After the shocking incident, the family immediately raised an alarm, alerted their neighbors, and contacted the police. Officers arrived quickly and, with help from local residents, managed to apprehend the trapped thief within an hour. A case has been registered at the Borkheda police station, and a car bearing a police sticker was recovered from the scene. The accused has been identified as Pawan Vaishnav.
