NDA Manifesto 2025: The election fervor in Bihar is rapidly intensifying, with parties launching full-scale campaigns to secure a sweeping victory in the upcoming polls. In Patna today, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) unveiled its manifesto for the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections. The document was formally released by Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary during a press conference at Hotel Maurya in the state capital. The event was attended by several senior NDA leaders, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP President JP Nadda, LJP (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Paswan, ‘Hum’ party chief Jitan Ram Manjhi, and RLM’s Upendra Kushwaha.

The manifesto highlights key focus areas such as employment, education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and farmers’ welfare. According to the NDA, this “resolution letter” serves as a blueprint for transforming Bihar into a self-reliant, progressive, and modern state within the next five years. The alliance has pledged a “guaranteed bright future” for every young citizen. As outlined in the document, the government plans to create over one crore (10 million) jobs and employment opportunities. In addition, mega skill centers will be established in every district, which will later be expanded into international-level training hubs.
NDA Bihar Manifesto Highlights: MSP Guarantee Scheme
To empower women economically, assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh will be provided under the Chief Minister’s Women Employment Scheme. 1 crore women will be linked to entrepreneurship through ‘Lakhpati Didi’ and ‘Kotipati Mission’, enabling them to become self-reliant. ‘Kisan Samman and MSP Guarantee Scheme’ will be introduced for farmers. Every farmer will be given assistance of Rs 3,000 every year. Also, purchase of paddy, wheat, pulses and maize at MSP will be ensured at the Panchayat level. Fisheries, dairy and agriculture missions will be accelerated with an agri-infrastructure investment of Rs 1 lakh crore.

Key Promise in NDA Manifesto: Free education from KG to PG
The manifesto promises free and quality education from KG to PG. Schools in every district will be revamped and world-class education estates will be established. In the health sector, medical colleges and modern super-specialty hospitals will be built in every district.
Make in Bihar Mission: Metro service in 4 new cities
The NDA has announced plans to build seven new expressways in Bihar, modernize 3,600 km of rail tracks, and launch metro services in four new cities. To spur an industrial revolution, 10 new industrial parks will be established with an investment of ₹1 lakh crore, and a “Make in Bihar” mission will be launched.
