The people of Delhi are once again suffering because of the BJP government’s empty promises. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta had proudly announced that “technology will conquer pollution” through artificial rain—but just like many of the BJP’s claims, nothing actually happened. No clouds formed, no rain fell, and once again, Delhi received only false assurances.
Delhi residents suffer from suffocating air
Meanwhile, air pollution has reached alarming levels. Children are struggling to breathe in schools, the elderly are falling ill, and hospitals are seeing a rise in respiratory problems. Yet, instead of taking real action, the Rekha Gupta government seems more focused on photoshoots and press conferences.
AAP’s satirical video goes viral
In response, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released a satirical video exposing the BJP government’s failed artificial rain project. The video humorously shows how the entire initiative turned into a political gimmick. Rekha Gupta is depicted as the “Announcement Minister”—making new promises every day but delivering no real results.

Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj said the video represents the voice of the people, who are tired of BJP’s false propaganda. “The BJP only cares about cameras and publicity, not about real work,” he said. “The people were given smoke instead of relief.” Bhardwaj added that AAP will continue to expose every lie that harms the health and future of Delhi’s citizens.
AAP leaders also claimed that BJP’s real strength lies in making false statements, not in governance. While Delhi’s air becomes more toxic, the Chief Minister continues to create a “rain of dreams” for television audiences. Both the central government and the Rekha Gupta administration share the same pattern—grand announcements, but zero results.
AAP further questioned what happened to the technology, budget, and expert team that were supposedly assigned to the artificial rain project. Was it all just another attempt to mislead the public? The people of Delhi no longer want “artificial rain”—they want real accountability. They want answers about why no effective steps have been taken to reduce pollution and why politics always comes before their right to breathe clean air.
The BJP’s artificial rain scheme has shown that repeating lies can become a political strategy. But now, the people of Delhi have seen through it—they know this government can neither bring rain from the sky nor relief on the ground. Through courage and satire, AAP and Saurabh Bhardwaj have exposed these false claims, further eroding the BJP’s credibility. Today, the public believes that the truth stands with AAP—and the lies with BJP.
