To make this sweet, coarsely grind cashews in a mixer. Then, combine water and sugar in a pan to make a syrup. Add the cashew powder to the syrup, mix well, and spread it on a greased plate and roll it out with a rolling pin. Then, cut it into diamond shapes and top with a moon design.
3. Banana malpua

To make Malpua, first mash the bananas thoroughly, then add milk, semolina, cardamom powder, and flour, mixing thoroughly. 1. Chole Puri

You can prepare and serve chole-puri to your guests at a Diwali party. For this, soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them in a pressure cooker in the morning for 5-6 whistles. Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, bay leaves, onion and fry them. Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry them and then add tomato paste. After this, add all the spices like salt, coriander powder, red chilli, garam masala and mix them well. Add some water to it, add boiled chickpeas and cook till it comes to a boil. When the chickpeas are cooked, add chopped green coriander to it. Serve it with hot puris.
2. Paneer Pulao

Paneer Pulao is also perfect for a Diwali party. To make it, first wash the basmati rice and soak it for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, paneer, and your favorite vegetables like carrots, peas, and bell peppers. Stir in the garam masala and salt, stirring well. Add the soaked rice, add water, and cook over low heat.
