Happy New Year to all of you. May the New Year bring a new dawn, new energy, and new enthusiasm to your lives. May you all remain healthy, happy, and move forward with new resolutions. Your experience over the past 22 years has been like a lamp for us, showing the way to the coming generations.
I sincerely hope and expect that the New Year brings a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a balanced life to all of you. You all are the strong roots of our society. Your experiences are our greatest heritage. You have seen many ups and downs in your lives, so this is the time for you to stay busy, happy, and healthy. Therefore, in this New Year, let our resolution be to take full care of our health. Make waking up on time, light exercise, yoga, pranayama, and daily walks a part of your daily routine. Maintain simplicity and balance in your diet, eating fresh home-cooked food, using less oil, less salt, and less sweets. Drink plenty of seasonal fruits, green vegetables, and water. Water and light food are the best medicine for our health. Keep your mind and thoughts healthy as well.
Don’t embrace loneliness; gather together, talk, laugh, smile, and consider life not a burden but a gift from God, because not everyone is blessed with this age. Many people pass away early in their lives. Use your money wisely, balance needs and conveniences, and make charity and service a part of your life, along with savings. Be content, make your life meaningful. This year, make new resolutions—to learn something new, to stay connected to society, and to pass on values and experiences to the next generation. This year, we will complete many new and pending projects. We will go on trips, hold grand functions, and launch a new book. All members should ensure that everyone has a membership card, and you all know that membership is free.
Finally, I pray that this New Year grants you all long life, health, respect, and family happiness and peace. Happy New Year to all of you.
