Nepal Becomes Victim of Conspiracies

Published on

More than 24 years have passed but the secret of that conspiracy is still buried as to why Nepal's Prince Dipendra killed nine members of the royal family including his father King Birendra and his mother Queen Aishwarya? He had also shot himself, so the mystery of the murder could never be solved. Even in the latest bloodshed in Nepal, it is rarely known who baked the bread of politics in the fire of the youth's justifiable anger. These two developments have no connection with each other, but I discussed it because Nepal, a paradise-like valley and a motherland of innocent but brave people, has become a victim of the conspiracies of big powers. It is understandable that the youth were angry that KP Sharma Oli's government had imposed restrictions on social media platforms, the first day's protest was the result of this, but the people who participated in the second day's protest armed with weapons and the way they set fire to the Parliament, 112-year-old Durbar Hall, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Prime Minister's residence and Supreme Court building was completely unexpected. So, did hired criminals infiltrate the crowd of youth? This is what it seems but it is not right to name anyone without proof, perhaps the same forces that caused massacre in the royal family of the only Hindu nation. Such forces are experts in coups.

When the 239-year-old monarchy ended in Nepal and the wind of democracy blew, a new ray of hope arose that the days of the poor of Nepal will change, life is very difficult there. Every year four lakh youth migrate. The money they send to their country is 25 percent of Nepal's GDP. At least 50 lakh Nepali people are spread across the countries of the world. This figure does not include the figure of Nepalis working in India because there is a relationship of roti-beti between India and Nepal. Both the countries never discriminated against each other. India welcomed democracy in Nepal but the reality was that China kidnapped that democracy riding on the shoulders of Maoism. The Prime Minister's chair remained a musical race between KP Sharma Oli, Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and Sher Bahadur Deuba. Meanwhile, Oli was wooed by the beautiful Chinese ambassador Hao Yanki. The assets of Oli and other leaders kept increasing. They were living in pomp and splendor. The splendor of their children started dominating social media. 50 percent of Nepal's total population is youth under 25 years of age, whose anger was inevitable. The ban on the app acted as a catalyst. Those playing the game got the opportunity, the same game that those powers played in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh through their intelligence machinery, i.e. coup.

India has had to pay a heavy price for the coup in Bangladesh. Bangladesh, with which we had very good relations, has gone and sat in the lap of Pakistan and both of them are in the lap of America. This question keeps nagging me again and again that why are our intelligence agencies making mistakes? From Kargil to Pahalgam, so many mistakes have been made one after the other that it is surprising. Why did we not get a hint about the Khichdi being cooked in Bangladesh? The job of intelligence agencies is to keep an eye on conspiracies and set the agenda according to the interests of their country. In Nepal, China was directly directing the power. It was making Oli say by putting words in his mouth that Lord Ram was born in Nepal and not in India, it was also making him say that Lipulekh belongs to it. Parts of India were being printed in Nepal's map, during the Madhesi movement China was spreading the illusion that India has always suppressed Nepal. The question is what were we doing at that time? Even before that, China had fueled the demand for Gorkhaland in the Darjeeling area. There is a long list of lapses made by the intelligence agencies. Did our agencies analyze the meeting between Kathmandu Mayor Balendra Shah and the US Ambassador last year? The same Balendra has now become a favorite of the youth.

Have we ever tried to notice that after the advent of democracy in Nepal, Christianity and Islam have grown unexpectedly. How did conversions happen so fast in a country that was a Hindu nation for centuries? The Chinese ambassador Yankee who hugged Oli was earlier the ambassador of Pakistan and she was also playing Pakistan's game in Nepal. You will be surprised to know that there used to be a total of 760 mosques on the India-Nepal border in 2018, the number of which has now crossed 1000. The number of madrasas has increased from 508 to more than 645 and it has been built with Turkish money. There are about 8 thousand churches in this small country, I am not at all against the construction of mosques and churches but this will have to be questioned because these are on our border and they have been built by other countries, not Nepal.

It is indeed a matter of concern for our country India that fire is being lit in our neighbourhood so that its fire burns us too. We will have to assure the youth of Nepal that we stand with them with body, mind and money while fully respecting the sovereignty of Nepal. Now that Sushila Karki, who has been the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal, has become the interim Prime Minister there and the formation of the interim government is being done, I am hoping that peace returns to Nepal soon and it moves forward rapidly on the path of progress.
