Kiran Chopra, director of the Punjab Kesari group of newspapers, said newspapers are usually written with ink but Punjab Kesari is written with the blood of martyrs. Therefore, Punjab Kesari is not a newspaper but a mission. Who has been presenting the political, social and cultural goodness and evils of the society and the country in front of the society and will continue to do so. She was addressing a programme 'Hamari Sanskriti – Hamara Andaz' organised to mark 60 years of the newspaper at the auditorium of Central Park, Faridabad on Friday.
"The plane crash in Ahmedabad is very tragic.

Later, his grandson Ashwani ji became MP from Karnal in 2014. Both of them worked for Haryana. Haryana has been the workplace of both, so today's program is being organized in Faridabad, Haryana. Today, his works are being remembered across Haryana.

He said that this program is for senior citizens. This is a programme of sanskars. It is the endeavour of all of us to impart values to our future generations. Even the electricity of the newspaper was cut in the Emergency, but the voice of truth did not stop. With his courage, he proved that the pen of Punjab Kesari is not going to stop. It is not going to bend and it is not going to break.
The journey of Senior Citizen Kesari Club continues for 21 years
He said that he developed a desire to do something for the elderly. For their happiness and well-being, the Senior Citizen Kesari Club was started. At that time, I started this journey with only seven people. Today there are 25 branches across the country. When he started a club for the elderly, Monsieur Dharampal Ji said that one old man cannot be handled in the house, you will take care of such old people. He resolved to carry on with this work on that very day.
A befitting message to the enemies of the country
Kiran Chopra gave a strong message to the enemies of the country through the stage. He said that Punjab Kesari has always been a strong attack on the enemies of the country. He said that India will become a developed nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. If you can stop this country, its soldiers, stop it.
