Stock Market Today 30 Sep: The Indian stock market started flat on Tuesday’s trading session. At 9:33 am, the Sensex was up 131 points, or 0.16 percent, at 80,496, and the Nifty was up 42 points, or 0.17 percent, at 24,677. Most market indices were trading in the green in early trade, with banking stocks pulling the market higher.

Nifty Bank was at 54,641, up 180 points or 0.33 per cent. Other sectoral indices like Auto, IT, PSU Bank, Financial Services, Pharma, Metal, Energy, Private Bank, and Commodities were in the green. FMCG, Realty, Media, Energy, and Infra were in the red. Along with large caps, midcaps, and small caps were also trading in the green. The Nifty Midcap 100 index was at 56,591, up marginally by 57 points, and the Nifty Smallcap 100 index was at 17,572, up 24 points or 0.14 per cent.

Power Grid, Asian Paints, Eternal (Zomato), Adani Ports, Titan, BEL, Bajaj Finance, UltraTech Cement, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, M&M, ICICI Bank, HUL, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra were among the top gainers in the Sensex pack. L&T, ITC, Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel, Trent, and NTPC were among the top losers. Check out the share prices of major companies.
