Market experts say that concerns about AI-driven disruptions continue to impact IT companies, which form a significant part of the Indian stock market. Following last week’s sharp decline in domestic markets due to weak equities, domestic markets are likely to remain more sensitive to global cues. Concerns about AI-induced disruptions have reversed some of the optimism generated by the US-India interim trade agreement and further strengthened the broader risk aversion.

Asian Market Today

International markets are trading mixed. Tokyo and Bangkok were in the red, while Hong Kong markets were in the red. US markets also closed mixed on Friday, with the Dow gaining 0.10 percent and the Nasdaq falling 0.22 percent.
