Stock Market Today 12 Nov: Indian stock market opened with a rise in Wednesday’s trading session due to strong global signals. At 9:22 am, Sensex was at 84,321 with a rise of 455 points, 0.54 percent and Nifty was at 25,826 with a rise of 131 points, 0.51 percent. IT shares were leading the rise in the market in the opening session. Nifty IT index was trading with a gain of 1.28 percent, Nifty PSU Bank 0.69 percent, Nifty Financial Services 0.59 percent, Nifty Realty 0.66 percent, Nifty Energy 0.57 percent, Nifty Infra 0.60 and Nifty Commodities 0.42 percent.

Along with large-caps, mid-caps and small-caps are also seeing gains. The Nifty Midcap 100 index was up 342 points, or 0.57 percent, at 60,769, and the Nifty Small-cap 100 index was up 116 points, or 0.64 percent, at 18,200.
Top Gainers and Losers Today
TCS, Tech Mahindra, Bajaj Finserv, Infosys, Eternal (Zomato), Bharti Airtel, HCL Tech, Bajaj Finance, Axis Bank, SBI, UltraTech Cement, and Power Grid were among the gainers in the Sensex pack. BEL, HUL, Trent, Maruti Suzuki, ITC, and Sun Pharma were among the losers.
Expert Statement on Share Market
Market analysts said the stock market opened in the green on the possibility of a US-India trade deal being finalized soon and the expectation of the NDA leading in the Bihar elections as per exit polls. This could keep the market bullish in the coming days. Most Asian markets were trading with gains. Seoul, Jakarta, and Hong Kong were in the green, while Tokyo and Shanghai were in the red. However, US markets closed mixed on Tuesday.
