Stock Market Today 04 Nov: Indian stock market opened flat today. In the initial trade, selling was seen in Nifty Auto, IT, PSU Bank sectors. Whereas, buying was recorded in Pharma, Realty and Media sectors. At around 9:34 am, Sensex was trading at 83,815.65 with a decline of 162.84 points or 0.19 percent. At the same time, Nifty was at 25,704.95 level with a decline of 58.40 points or 0.23 percent.
Nifty Midcap down Today
At the start of the session, the Nifty Bank index was trading at 57,890.30, down 211.15 points, or 0.36 percent. The Nifty Midcap 100 index was trading at 60,264.05, down 23.35 points, or 0.04 percent. The Nifty Smallcap 100 index, on the other hand, was at 18,464.35, down 49.05 points, or 0.26 percent.
Share Market Today 04: Top Losers & Gainers Share Today
Meanwhile, Bharti Airtel, Titan, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Adani Ports were the top gainers in the Sensex pack. PowerGrid, Maruti Suzuki, Eternal, and Infosys were the top losers. In Asian markets, Jakarta and Hong Kong were trading in the green, while Japan, China, and Seoul remained in the red.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers, selling Indian shares worth ₹1,883.78 crore on November 3. On the other hand, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers, purchasing shares worth ₹3,516.36 crore on the same trading day.
