Gold Rate Today 26 Oct: Gold and silver prices in India have been fluctuating continuously for the past few days. After a prolonged period of rising prices, both gold and silver prices are reported to be declining now. According to the Indian Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), both gold and silver rates fell by market close on Friday.

According to the IBJA website, 24-carat gold fell to ₹1,21,518 per 10 grams on October 25, 2025. Silver prices remained at ₹1,47,033 per kilogram. These rates will remain valid until October 26, as the markets were closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Position In The International Market
Gold and silver prices also weakened in foreign markets. On Friday, spot gold fell 0.93% to $4,087.55 per ounce. Spot silver fell $1.66 to $48.12 per ounce. On the Comex market, gold futures for December delivery fell 0.50% to $4,124.99 per ounce, and silver futures fell 1.06% to $48.19 per ounce.
Gold and Silver Futures Prices On MCX
Gold and silver prices also declined on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Gold for December delivery was trading at ₹1,22,995 per 10 grams, a decline of 0.89%. The February 2026 delivery contract closed at ₹1,24,200 per 10 grams. Silver for December contracts fell ₹2,683 to ₹1,45,829 per kilogram.
