On the occasion of Diwali, gold prices in the country are witnessing a downward trend. On Monday morning, the price of 24 carat gold in the capital Delhi was recorded at Rs 1,31,000 per 10 grams. However, on a weekly basis, gold has become costlier by Rs 5,780. On the day of Dhanteras, gold prices in Delhi’s bullion market fell by Rs 2,400 and reached Rs 1,32,400 per 10 grams.
From last Dhanteras to this Dhanteras, gold has become more expensive by ₹51,000, or approximately 62.65%, in just one year. Now, let’s find out what the current prices are for 24-carat, 23-carat, 22-carat, 18-carat, and 14-carat gold, according to the IBJA.
