|---|---|---|
| 24 | 99.9% | 999 |
| 22 | 91.6% | 916 |

Silver Purity and Hallmark
Hallmarking has also been implemented on silver jewelry since September 1, 2025, but it is not completely mandatory. Every silver item has a 6-digit HUID code. BIS has set different standards for silver purity, such as: 800, 835, 900, 925, 970, 990. For example: 925 means the silver is 92.5% pure.
