Famous personality of social media Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, has been summoned by the Mumbai police for questioning round in a drug case of Rs 252 crore. He has been asked to appear before the Ghatkopar unit of the Anti-Narcotic Cell for questioning at 10 am on Thursday, 20th November. In July, Mumbai Police and Mysuru officials uncovered a Mephedrone manufacturing unit, and seized drugs worth more than three hundred crore rupees.
On Monday, the city police took legal custody of Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, the alleged drug dealer who was deported back by the Dubai police last month. Currently, he is in the Custody of the Ghatkopar unit of Anti-Narcotics Cell. According to the police, Salim confessed that he organised drug parties for several prominent Bollywood actors and political leaders in India and in Abroad too.
Several celebrities might face consequences

Salim mentioned in his statement, several names including actress Shraddha kapoor, her brother Siddharth Kapoor, producer-director Abbas Mustan, former MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui, actress and dancer Nora Fatehi, Influencer Orry, son of Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Hassena Parkar and rapper Loka.
Police have found some important evidence, based on which the investigation is still being intensified. Several celebrities can face implications, summons can be issued to all of them to join investigation. Whereas, first summon was sent to Orry on Wednesday.
What happened in Orry drug Scandal
On 5th Nov, According to officials, Police arrested a must wanted man from Odisha who found in connection with a mephedrone trafficking case. Ahmed Mohammad Shafi Shaikh, who is also known as Akbar Khau, is linked with at least eighteen serious cases, official stated.
The Ghatkopar unit of the Anti-Narcotics Cell arrested one Farid Shaikh with sixty-four grams of mephedrone, which is a synthetic stimulant drug also known as meow meow or MCAT.

Farid told the police that Ahmed shafi was his supplier. Whereas, Ahmed Shafi recently been released from the jail after serving a sentence registered in a case under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act. He returned to drug peddling and became part of a mephedrone’s chain of distribution, according to the officials. After investigation found that he was hiding in Sundargarh in western Odisha, when an ANC team travelled to the eastern state and brought hi back to Mumbai and was presented in court and remanded in police custody until November 7.
In July, the Mumbai police and their counterparts Mysuru reveals that mephedrone manufacturing unit is being seized which is worth more than three hundred crore rupees. On Monday, the city police secured that Mohammad Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, an alleged drug dealer who was deported from Dubai last month is now in custody of the Ghatkopar unit of The Anti-Narcotics Cell.
