In fact, Arjit Shashwat expressed his displeasure when the BJP once again nominated Rohit Pandey from the Bhagalpur seat. Arjit had lost the 2020 assembly elections from this very seat to Congress’s Ajit Sharma by around 1,000 votes. He had hoped the party would give him a chance this time, but that didn’t happen.
