It is better to make garlic paste again and again, once it is stored by making a paste in large quantities, although many people feel that doing so spoils the paste
To make garlic paste, peel the garlic and make a paste
After that, take a polyethylene and fill the paste well inside
Now store it in the fridge, by doing this the garlic will not be spoiled for a month
