To make egg fried rice - 2 eggs, 1 cup rice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon celery, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons oil
First, boil the rice, wash it with cold water after cooling, and add 1 tablespoon of oil to it
Heat oil in a pan. Add the eggs, cook them
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and onion, and sauté over high heat for about 5 minutes
Add rice, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and celery over high heat and mix
Serve hot garnished with scrambled eggs
