In a large bowl, mix the flour, spinach puree, salt, and garam masala.
Combine all these ingredients to form a soft dough
Place a damp cloth over the dough and allow it to sit for 30 minutes
Divide the dough ball, then flatten it to form a round paratha.
Put the paratha in a non-stick skillet and cook it on both sides
Enjoy hot paratha accompanied by curd or chutney
