If you crave sweets during cold weather, try making a delicious almond pudding at home.
2 cups of soaked almonds, 1/2 cup of desi ghee, 1/2 cup of semolina, a pinch of saffron, 1 cup of milk, and sugar to taste
Soak 2 cups of almonds in warm water for 1-2 hours. Then, drain the water, peel the almonds, and chop them using a chopper.
Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add the semolina, and cook until it turns light golden brown.
Next, incorporate the almonds, stir thoroughly, and continue cooking
Pour 1 cup of water, stir thoroughly, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Next, add saffron and mix it in, then pour in the milk and blend well. Continue cooking the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
Next, incorporate the sugar and let it cook for 2-3 minutes before removing the pan from the heat.
Transfer the badam halwa to a serving plate, garnish with chopped almonds, and serve hot.
