It is a great blend of spicy spices and mild sweetness .You need 500 grams chicken, 3 onions,10 curry leaves,2 tablespoons ghee,1/2 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste.10 Kashmiri red chillies, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds.1/2 tsp Fennel seeds, 1 cinnamon, 10 black peppercorns, 4 cloves, 4 green cardamoms, 2 tbsp tamarind, 10 tbsp grated coconut, 2 tsp ghee and 1 tsp cumin seeds.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and sauté all the spices except garlic, turmeric powder, tamarind for 2-4 min. for masala paste.Allow them to cool and grind finely with water.Now marinate the chicken with salt and masala paste and keep it for 2 hours.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and curry leaves and sauté for 1 minute.Add the marinated chicken pieces to it and cook for 15-20 minutes.
