Ingredients:

1 kilogram of grated carrot, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of ghee, 3/4 cup of sugar (adjust to taste), 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 1/2 cup of mawa (khoya), 10-12 chopped cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, 2-3 tablespoons of raisins

Thoroughly wash and peel the carrot before grating it.

Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the carrots for 4-5 minutes until they become tender.

Next, pour 1 cup of milk into the grated carrot and allow it to cook over medium heat

Allow the carrots to simmer in the milk until the milk has evaporated and the carrots have become tender

Next, incorporate the sugar and stir thoroughly. Continue cooking until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Next, incorporate mawa (khoya) and blend the mixture thoroughly. Allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and raisins and mix well

The carrot dessert is prepared. Relish the warm pudding and appreciate the chilly weather.
