Cricketer Prithvi Shaw is facing a lot of criticism nowadays from people especially after the IPL 2025 mega auction

The Indian batter went unsold in the auction as he did not find any buyers

He was released by Delhi Capitals and had a base price for Rs 75 lakhs in the auction, still no one bid for him among all the franchises

In the viral video he is seen discussing all the trolling he is facing throughout his career and even said he follows and goes through all the trolls and memes

The 25-year-old said that if a person does not follow him then how can they troll him, it means that they have their eyes on him

He feels that trolling is not good but not that bad, everyone gets trolled, also mentions that he sees all the trolls and memes made on him and it does hurt

“If a person is not following me, how will they troll me? That means he has eyes on me. So I think that trolling is not good but it is not a bad thing as well. We see cricketers and even other people getting trolled. I see all the trolling, memes that are made on me. It also hurts me sometimes.”

Further, Shaw said that if he is seen anywhere people say that he is outside and not practicing for the game

“If I am seen anywhere, people say that he is outside and not practicing. But I am thinking - It is my birthday. Can I not celebrate? I was wondering what wrong have I done. I know if I am doing anything wrong. But if something is not wrong, it should be shown in that light."
