Former RCB skipper Faf du Plessis shared his views on the upcoming IPL 2025 mega auction, stating that he has no idea what is going to happen in the auction
The IPL 2025 mega auction is all set to take place on November 24 and 25 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
In IPL 2022 he was appointed as RCB’s skipper and has been a consistent performer for the franchise both as a player and skipper
RCB retained 3 three players which are listed as Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar, and Yash Dayal
Faf has been one of the key players in the IPL, representing Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS), and RCB during his career
In his IPL career he has played 145 matches, scoring 4571 runs with an average of 35.99, smashing 37 half-centuries, having the highest score of 96
In an interview talking about the auction, he said that he is very excited for what’s going to happen on November 24
"You never know with auctions. You never know what’s going to happen, so everyone is excited to see what happens on November 24. I’ve got no idea what’s going to happen, so I’ll be looking"
In IPL 2024 he played 15 matches scoring 438 runs with an average of 29.20, smashing 4 half-centuries, having the highest score of 64 in the season
