Baking Soda and Water
Make a paste using baking soda and water. Brush gently 2–3 times a week. Baking soda is mildly abrasive and helps scrub away surface stains
Mix equal parts of 3% hydrogen peroxide and water. Swish in your mouth for 30 seconds, then rinse. It has natural bleaching properties (use sparingly, 2–3 times a week)
Swish 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 10–15 minutes. This ancient Ayurvedic practice helps remove bacteria and reduce plaque, which may lead to whiter teeth
Mash 1 ripe strawberry with a pinch of baking soda. Apply to your teeth for 5 minutes. Strawberries contain malic acid which can help remove stains
Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water and use it as a mouth rinse. It has natural bleaching agents but should be used no more than once or twice a week to avoid enamel erosion
Dip a damp toothbrush in activated charcoal powder and brush gently. It absorbs stains and toxins but use it cautiously to avoid enamel wear
Rub the inside of a ripe banana peel on your teeth for 1–2 minutes. The peel contains potassium and magnesium, which may help clean and polish teeth
