Boil & mash
Boil potatoes, peas & cauliflower. Mash them together
Sauté base
In butter, sauté onions till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste
Add veggies
Mix in tomatoes & capsicum. Cook till soft
Spice it up
Add pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder & salt
Mash & mix
Add mashed veggies, splash some water & mash everything well
Simmer & serve
Let it cook for 5–7 mins on low. Garnish with butter, coriander & lemon juice
