Drink plenty of water before going out of the house and keep a water bottle with you

Drink water frequently in the hot sun. This will keep the body hydrated

Wear light-colored, loose-fitting and cotton clothes in the hot summer sun

Don't forget to apply sunscreen before going out in the sun and if possible, wear an umbrella and glasses and a wide-brimmed hat or scarf with you

Avoid going out in the hot sun between 10 am and 4 pm if possible.

Do not eat spicy food in summer and eat light food such as fruits, vegetables, salads, and yogurt to maintain health

Due to excessive sweating, there is a lack of salt in the body, so take ORS solution or home-made salt-sugar solution
