Ingredients : 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup processed cheese, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, oil, salt to taste
Combine flour and salt in a bowl and knead into a soft dough
Next, mix grated cheese, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander leaves, and powdered salt in a bowl to prepare the stuffing.
Next, shape the dough into balls and gradually roll them out.
Next, fill it with cheese stuffing, then fold and roll it into a round shape
Heat the tawa and apply a little oil to it
Put the paratha on it and roast it with oil on both sides
Serve hot cheese paratha with pickle, chutney or ketchup
