India will support them throughout this journey, including the execution of projects aimed at the Palestinian people in various sectors, based on their needs and priorities.

He stated, 'Our ongoing support for the United Nations in its regional activities demonstrates our commitment to effecting significant changes in the daily lives of the Palestinian people. The persistent conflict in the area has led to tragic loss of life and immense suffering for the people of Palestine and the broader West Asia region. India is profoundly worried about the current security and humanitarian conditions. India urges an immediate ceasefire, an end to all acts of terrorism, the release of hostages, and the continued provision of humanitarian aid to the people of Palestine.'

Prime Minister Modi highlighted India's strong belief in dialogue and diplomacy as essential for achieving enduring and peaceful solutions. Why Palestine Day Is Celebrated On This Day

The International Day of Solidarity with Palestine is commemorated annually on November 29. This date was chosen in 1947 to commemorate the United Nations General Assembly's adoption of Resolution 181, which proposed the division of Palestine into Jewish and Arab states.

Since 1978, this day has been commemorated to highlight the ongoing endeavors of the Palestinian people for self-determination and their rights under international law.
