Visit the official website: First of all, visit the official website of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) www.sarathi.parivahan.gov.in

Enter Aadhar Card and Mobile Number: Enter your Aadhar Card number and mobile number.

Submit OTP: After entering the OTP click on Submit.
Fill Application Form: You will get an application form, fill in your personal information, education qualification, address and other required details.
Upload Documents: Upload passport size photo and signature.
Pay Fees: Click on the Fees tab and pay the fee prescribed by the state government.
Submit Application: Click on Submit and your application will be submitted.
Track Application Status: After submitting the application, you can track your application status online.
