Several development projects to be inaugurated by PM Modi in Bihar today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Bihar will prove to be important for Motihari. He will inaugurate several schemes including Vande Bharat train. BJP leader Radha Mohan Singh has described it as a boon for Motihari, including the Rs 400-crore AMRUT 2.0 scheme and the creation of STF. This visit shows the commitment to the development of eastern India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bihar on Friday. During this time, he will give the gift of schemes worth crores of rupees to the people of Motihari. Motihari MP and senior BJP leader Radha Mohan Singh described PM Modi's visit to Bihar as important.

Speaking to the media, BJP MP Radha Mohan Singh said, "We the people of Motihari are very fortunate. Now we are going to get the gift of Vande Bharat train. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate it from Siwan on Friday. This train will go from Pataliputra to Gorakhpur via Motihari."

He will also lay the foundation stone for two other projects.

"Apart from Vande Bharat, PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of two other big schemes, which are also related to Motihari," the BJP MP said. The first of these is the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0 under which an amount of Rs 400 crore will be allocated for the construction of 187 km of sewage. Apart from this, the construction work of STF at the corners of S Motijheel, which will cost about Rs 150 crore. PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone of these two schemes.

New Vande Bharat train launched

In fact, a new Vande Bharat Express (train number 26502/26501) has been introduced between Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh and Pataliputra in Bihar. The train has brought a new option for fast, safe and convenient travel between Eastern Uttar Pradesh and North Bihar.

This train will operate six days a week (except Saturday). The train will depart from Gorakhpur at 5.40 am and reach Pataliputra at 12.45 pm, while in the return direction, it will depart from Pataliputra at 3.30 pm and reach Gorakhpur at 10.30 pm.

A total of 71 Vande Bharat trains have been run across the country.

The routes include Gorakhpur, Kaptanganj and Paniyahwa in Uttar Pradesh and Bagaha, Narkatiaganj, Bettiah, Sugauli, Bapudham, Motihari, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur and Patliputra in Bihar. The train is a strong example of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commitment to 'Develop Eastern India', which is working towards connecting the neglected regions with the mainstream. With the addition of this train, 13 Vande Bharat trains in Bihar and 15 in Uttar Pradesh are now strengthening rail connectivity. Currently, 71 Vande Bharat trains are operating across the country.
