On Sunday, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini revealed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Haryana on December 9 to launch the Pradhan Mantri Bima Sakhi Yojana in the state.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini detailed the yatra preparations and stressed the government's dedication to keeping its promises.
He said, "Today, we held discussions with all workers regarding our BJP membership campaign. We aim to meet our target within 1-2 days. Following that, PM Modi will visit Haryana on December 9 to inaugurate the Pradhan Mantri Bima Sakhi Yojana. All workers have been tasked with ensuring a large number of women travel from here to Panipat. Our government remains committed to delivering on its promises in the state and advancing Haryana's progress."
Haryana CM Saini also hit out at the opposition Congress and termed their allegations on Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) as "unfortunate".
He also mentioned that Congress lacks policy, intention, and leadership, and has been rejected by the people of the country, whether in Maharashtra or Haryana.
According to the Haryana Chief Minister, it is unfortunate that the Congress party is blaming their election defeat on the EVMs. They are ignoring their own shortcomings and attempting to shift the blame. The Congress party lacks clear policies, intentions, and leadership. The entire nation has recognized their deceit, and the citizens have rejected them.
He said, "Congress does not have issues. They wanted to grab power by lying. In some states, they have been able to find their way by lying... When Congress was being wiped out, they resorted to lies, resorted to the Constitution and lied... It is unfortunate and people have rejected Congress."
He stated, "Congress leaders should understand that they will be wiped out in 2029 because even lies will not be sold at that time."
Union Culture and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat also condemned the Congress party on Sunday for attributing their election defeat to EVMs. He added that those who succeed in the Jharkhand elections should also persuade the people of Jharkhand.
"Congress has won in Jharkhand; They should give an explanation on the victory. The situation is like a frustrated cat scratching a pole. The Prime Minister, the Home Minister and I had all predicted that after the election results in Maharashtra, we know these people will start criticising the EVMs (Electronic Voting Machines). In fact, that is what is happening now. Whenever parties lose elections, they start blaming EVMs. "
