In response, the Imphal West district administration imposed indefinite prohibitory orders after a mob entered the lawmakers' residences.

Authorities in Manipur have enforced an indefinite curfew in Imphal West and Imphal East starting Saturday, following large-scale protests over the killing of six women and children by Kuki militants.
Restrictions On Internet Service
Authorities have suspended Internet services across most parts of the state for two days starting today due to the escalating situation.
A group of protesters reportedly stormed the residence of Health and Family Welfare Minister Sapam Ranjan in the Lamphal Sanakathel area, according to a senior official.
The same official also mentioned that protesters entered the home of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Minister L Susindro Singh. In the Sagolband area of Imphal West district, demonstrators gathered outside the home of BJP MLA R K Imo, who is also the son-in-law of Chief Minister N Biren Singh, and raised slogans.

Three women and three children, who were kidnapped by Kuki militants from a relief camp in Jiribam, Manipur, on Tuesday, were found dead, according to police reports.
The victims have been identified as Baby Telem Thajmanbi Devi (8 years), Laishram Chingkhengamba Singh (2.5 years), and Laishram Langamba Singh (8 months). The women who perished are Laishram Hetombi Devi, Talem Thoibi Devi, and Yurembam Rani Devi. All six were abducted from the relief camp by the militants and taken to Assam.
Authorities confirmed that three of the bodies were found on Friday night, with the remaining three recovered on Saturday. The bodies, which showed signs of injuries, have been taken to a hospital in Assam. The brutal killings have shocked the entire state, prompting roadblocks and protests. People have taken to the streets, demanding accountability from the government for its failure to protect the victims and calling for swift action against the militants.
