In fact, Yashasvi Jaiswal was keeping the hopes of the Indian team's match draw alive by scoring 84 runs. But the third umpire resorted to a live picture where the ball was changing its line from the place where the contact between the ball and bat was closest. After this, something similar happened with Akash Deep, and even there the Snicko meter appeared wrong. The ball hit Akash Deep's pad and went into the hands of Travis Head, after which the umpire changed the decision and called him out. Legendary players like Sunil Gavaskar and Irfan Pathan were also seen flaring up at Jaiswal's decision. He said that what is the use of such a technique that does not give a proper decision, and the umpire cannot make his decision like this? How can umpires change their decision despite having technology? Earlier, KL Rahul was also given a wrong decision during the Perth Test, which created controversy.
