The Pakistan Cricket Board's stand on the subject of boycotting the Champions Trophy has come out. The PCB wants that if they get the option of the Champions Trophy to be held in the hybrid model, then they are ready to think about that. Let us know that on November 29, the cricket boards of India and Pakistan met each other. In the meeting, there was talk of making the Champions Trophy in a hybrid model. Pakistan said that we are ready to have the Champions Trophy on a hybrid model on our terms. There are less than 100 days left for the Champions Trophy to start, and there is no clear update about the tournament that has come out.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi said while talking about the Champions Trophy

"I don't want to comment too much as it might ruin things. We have given our point of view (to the ICC), the Indians have given their point of view as well. The effort is to ensure win-win for all. Cricket should win, that's most important but with respect to everyone. We are going to do what is best for cricket. Whatever formula we adopt will be on equal terms."

The Pakistan Cricket Board chief said while talking about Pakistan's stance

"Pakistan's pride is most important. We have to ensure that cricket wins but also keeps Pakistan's pride intact. My effort is to ensure that there is no one-way system. It should not be that we visit India and they do not come to our country. The idea is to deal with it on equal terms forever. The current situation is that PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has said that it will accept hosting the Champions Trophy on a hybrid model only if the board agrees that all future ICC events will be on the same system and Pakistan will not go to India to play matches."
