Former India player Ajay Jadeja praised Virat Kohli after his tremendous century in Perth against Australia. He played a very crucial role in India’s 295-run victory over the Aussies in the first Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. His century silenced various critics who were trolling him for his poor form and asking him to retire from Test cricket.

After Kohli’s 81st century, Jadeja shared his views, targeting all the trollers, saying that all doubters can rest in peace now. His name itself says everything, and if there are doubters, they can rest in peace, as geniuses are not born overnight.

“Doubters can rest in peace. The name itself says it all. If there are doubters, they can rest in peace. Geniuses aren’t born overnight.”

Kohli’s exceptional knock at Perth showed both his experienced batting skills and strong mental health. He was facing a lot of criticism for his form all over the world, questioning his skills and will to play. After a great knock in Australia, he shut the mouths of all the trollers who questioned his abilities and skills.

The win in Perth gave a lead to Team India, but more than that, it increased and boosted their morale because after getting whitewashed by New Zealand, this win was much needed. The second match of the series between India and Australia will start on December 6 in Adelaide and will be a day-night match.
