Several schools in Delhi and Noida have once again received bomb threats. The school, located in East Delhi's Mayur Vihar Phase 1, was first threatened by the police. The Ehlcon International School in Delhi's Mayur Vihar-1 informed the Pandav Nagar police station that today the principal of the school had received a bomb threat via email. According to the police, this information was given at 6:40 in the morning. After receiving the information, the bomb disposal squad of the East district was informed. The Station Head Officer (SHO) reached the school along with Pandav Nagar staff. The police have started an investigation and the standard operating procedure is being followed. The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) checked the school premises and found nothing suspicious.
Noida's Shiv Nadar School Receives Threat
The school principal informed the parents via email that the school has been closed for the safety of students and classes will go online. Shiv Nadar School in Noida also received threats. After this, the team of Noida Police, Bomb Disposal Squad, Fire Department, Dog Squad and Bomb Disposal Squad immediately checked all the places. Noida Police said that senior police officers are present at the spot. The cyber team is examining the emails. People are requested not to pay heed to rumours and remain patient.
St Stephen's College also Received Threats
St Stephen's College in north Delhi also received threats. According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police of North District, at 07:42 am today, the college received a bomb threat through email. "Our bomb disposal squad is at the spot and is investigating.
