Chicken and Spinach Pasta

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 cups whole wheat pasta, 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast, 2 cups of raw spinach, half a cup of cherry tomatoes, 1 minced garlic clove and as per taste, add salt and pepper. grating Parmesan cheese.

Guidelines: As directed on the package, prepare the whole wheat pasta and set it aside. Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. When aromatic, add the garlic and simmer. When the chicken breast is well heated, add it and cook. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook until wilted, about 3 minutes, mix the cooked spaghetti with the combination of chicken, add pepper and salt for seasoning. If preferred, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 cups of lentil noodles Diced bell peppers, 1 cup 1cup of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup of chopped zucchini ,1 cup of tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp of dried basil and as per taste, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines: After cooking the lentil pasta as directed on the package, set it aside. In a big skillet over medium heat, warm up the olive oil, add the zucchini, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Sauté the veggies until they are soft then, add the dried basil and diced tomatoes and stir. Simmer for five more minutes. Mix the veggie mixture with the cooked pasta, add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Turkey meatballs over whole wheat pasta

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 cups whole wheat pasta ,1 pound of turkey meat and 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, 1egg ,1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated One cup of marinara sauce, 1 tsp of dehydrated oregano and as per taste, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines: Set oven temperature to 400°F, or 200°C. Combine the ground turkey, egg, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a basin. Shape into meatballs. Meatballs should be baked for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done, on a baking sheet. As directed on the package, prepare the whole wheat pasta and set it aside. Cooked meatballs are added to a skillet with heated marinara sauce, simmer for five minutes. Mix the meatballs, sauce, and pasta together.

Pasta made with chickpeas, grilled chicken, and vegetables

Components: 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 cups of chickpea noodles, 1 cup of grilled chicken breast, sliced; 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half; 1 cup of bell pepper, sliced; 1 cup of diced zucchini Balsamic vinaigrette, half a cup and as per taste, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines: After cooking the chickpea pasta as directed on the package, set it aside. Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat, add the zucchini and bell pepper. Cook until softened. Cook for a further two minutes after adding the cherry tomatoes. Stir in the balsamic vinaigrette and the grilled chicken. Mix in the pasta that has been cooked, add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Edamame Spaghetti topped with shrimp and pesto

Ingredients: 2 cups spaghetti with edamame, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 cup pesto sauce and 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp ,1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes; 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts then, as per taste, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines: As directed on the package, prepare the edamame spaghetti and set it aside. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Cook the shrimp until they become opaque and pink. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and pesto sauce. Add the cooked spaghetti, shrimp, and pesto mixture together. Sprinkle roasted pine nuts over top and add salt and pepper for seasoning.
