There is encouraging news for people looking to purchase a home in the national capital, Delhi. Although high land prices have been a significant obstacle for the average person's dream, a new chance has arisen for those looking to construct homes in Delhi.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started selling affordable houses in Delhi, in which you can buy flats for just Rs 11 lakh. The special thing is that all these flats are at the prime location of Delhi.

Booking for the sale of 3,400 flats has started from September 11, but many people are not aware of this information, so let us know that the booking of flats can be done till March 2025.

The booking for the affordable housing scheme will begin on September 11 and continue until March 31, 2025. Under this Delhi Development Authority (DDA) scheme, flats will be available for booking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A total of 34,000 LIG and EWS flats are available for booking in locations such as Ramgarh Colony, Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini Saraspur, and Narela. The starting price for these flats is Rs 11.54 lakh, while the larger flats have an initial price of Rs 29 lakh. In total, 5,400 flats are up for sale.

Initial Reservation Fee:

Based on the available information, the booking fee for EWS flats is ₹50,000, while for LIG flats, it is ₹1 lakh.

The reservation fee for MIG flats is ₹4 lakh, while for HIG flats, it is ₹10,000. The registration charge for all these flats is ₹2,500.

Based on the information, both the registration fee and the booking fee are non-refundable. This indicates that once you pay these amounts, you are obligated to buy the flat.
