Gold and Silver Prices Decline Sharply in the Futures Market

Gold Price Latest Updates: Gold prices dropped by Rs 200 to Rs 79,200 per 10 grams in the Delhi Bullion Market on Monday. The precious metal had ended at Rs 79,400 per 10 grams on Friday.

Gold Also Became Cheaper

On Monday, December 2, gold and silver futures market prices declined. Gold fell by Rs 773 to Rs 76,904 per 10 grams, while silver dropped by Rs 1042 to Rs 90,555 per kg.

Gold Prices: On Monday, gold prices increased to Rs 38,460 per 10 grams in the Delhi Gold and Silver market. The precious metal had ended at Rs 79,400 per 10 grams on Friday.

Gold of 99.5 percent purity fell by Rs 200 to Rs 78,800 per 10 gram. The precious metal had closed at Rs 79,000 per 10 gram on Friday.

Silver Prices Fall By Rs 2,200

Silver prices fell by Rs 2,200 to Rs 90,000 per kg due to reduced buying from industrial units and coin makers. In the previous trading session, it had closed at Rs 92,200 per kg.

Worldwide, Comex gold futures declined by $23.50 per ounce, or 0.88%, to $2,657.50 per ounce. Silver also dropped 1.36% to $30.69 per ounce in Asian markets.
